Amanda Black
Amanda has been living in the Twin Lakes area since 1973, when her parents relocated to the area from the Harvey/Thornton area of Illinois. Amanda has been a licensed real estate agent and Realtor since 2003, and before that, was a licensed insurance agent for 8.5 years. She works exclusively for Gary Stubenfoll, an Executive Broker at Beaman, as his personal assistant, but considers everyone at Beaman Realty part of her work “family”.
In Amanda’s spare time, you can usually find her trail riding, training or showing one of her horses. She also gives horseback riding lessons in both Western and English disciplines.
Amanda and her husband Ritchie live on a 65 acre farm in Peel, AR which is also home to her 8 horses, 3 cats, and one very spoiled dachshund!
