
Amanda Black – Realtor/Gary’s Assistant
Amanda has been living in the Twin Lakes area since 1973, she was just a toddler when her parents relocated to the area from the Harvey/Thornton areas of Illinois. She has been a licensed real estate agent and Realtor since 2003, and before that, was a licensed insurance agent with State Farm for 8.5 years. While Amanda works for Beaman Realty’s Principal Broker/Owner, Gary Stubenfoll, as his assistant, she is also a Realtor and does listing and selling of homes & property.
In Amanda’s spare time, you can usually find her trail riding, training horses, judging horse shows, and a show coach for her students that attend horse shows. She also gives riding lessons in both Western and English disciplines, with a specialty in Hunter/Jumpers and helps out with the local 4-H club. Amanda also volunteers with a dachshund rescue where she helps out with transports and also fosters a dachshund or two until they are ready or able for adoption.
Amanda and her husband Ritchie live on a 65 acre farm in Peel, AR which is located on the north shores of Bull Shoals Lake, and is home to her 6 horses, 2 cats, 2 very spoiled dachshunds of their own and there is always a foster dog (or two) around as well!
