Hi. I’m Gary Stubenfoll. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me! I relocated to the Bull Shoals Lake/White River area from Downer’s Grove, Illinois in 1974. I have been a licensed Realtor with Beaman Realty for over 23 years, and make it a top priority to stay current on changes, resources and technology concerning the real estate industry and our community.
Representing both buyers and sellers, I am dedicated to providing professional, honest, ethical service to all of my clients and customers. I am a Certified Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, and for several years running have received the highest awards for multi-million dollar production from the North Central Board of Realtors, including the Gold, Diamond, and Platinum awards. I hold an Executive Broker’s license.
As a means of giving back to the community, I serve as a member of the Bull Shoals/Lakeview Rotary club and serve on the Board of Directors, and am a Paul Harris fellow. I served ten years as a director on the local Chamber of Commerce. These experiences have helped me to stay up to date in order to share the latest information about the quality of life the Ozarks has to offer.
I specialize in properties close to and on Bull Shoals Lake, Lake Norfork, and the White River. On a more personal note, I’ve been married to my wife, Danette, for twenty-one years and have two beautiful daughters. My wife and I are fortunate to have raised our daughters in one of the safest places in America. In the summer you can find my family and me boating on Bull Shoals Lake. I enjoy trout fishing on the White River, and fishing for bass, walleye, and stripers on Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes. I also volunteer as fast pitch softball coach at the local high school.
