LaVonda Carpenter - Sales Associate
La Vonda Carpenter is a native of Arkansas, and she is glad to be “back home” after spending seventeen years away from the area traveling with her husband Dean during his Naval career. Having lived in California, Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Washington State, she truly believes that there is no place like home. The partnership in the Navy has translated well into civilian life, as Dean is also a part of the Beaman Team.
Real Estate is a challenging and rewarding career that La Vonda finds appealing. Assisting clients and customers with the sale or purchase of the biggest asset that many will ever have is a weighty responsibility, one that she takes seriously. Currently serving on the Education Committee of the North Central Board of Realtors, she is committed to personal excellence in education and assisting her fellow colleagues.
La Vonda enjoys the symphony, ballroom dancing, and especially her two Miniature Schnauzers. Playing the piano, studying Latin and tatting lace are her favorite free-time activities when not spending time with husband and two children.
