Dianna Marquis – Realtor®

I have been a Realtor® since 2006 and enjoy each and every day meeting new clients to help them realize the same dream my husband and I did when were moved to this area in 2005. Living in the Ozarks is what life should be about.

I originally am from Dallas, TX, where I lived for 32 years before relocating to Denver as my husband, Dennis, was a captain for Continental Airlines (now United Airlines).

My background is commercial property management. I received the designation as Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. I served on numerous local- and state-level board, then formed Marquis Management, Inc., a full-service property management company. When Continental Airlines shut down its Denver hub in the late ‘90s, we relocated to the Houston, TX, area. In 2007, Dennis retired. He is a licensed drone pilot, which fits perfectly with my business.

In our retirement search, we discovered the Ozarks. Neither of us ever had been to this area before but we knew it was the perfect fit, and the rest is history. We have four grown children and three granddaughters scattered between Houston, Dallas, Austin, TX, and Cleveland, Ohio. We enjoy our dogs, fishing, boating, site seeing and especially Arkansas’ four seasons. We are able to travel free, which works perfectly as we are huge NASCAR fans and try to pull off at least one race per year.

To be able to help my clients find the perfect home or land location is the most satisfying accomplishment – especially when topped off with smiles on their faces at closing. Let’s experience the Ozarks together.
