Hello! I’m Kristina Davidson, a dedicated real estate agent proudly serving Flippin, Arkansas, and the surrounding Ozarks communities.

I moved to this beautiful area in 1998 from Illinois wanting to give my children a better quality of life. I will have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life.

As a proud parent of two grown children and one amazing grandson, I know firsthand how important it is to find a house that truly feels like home. I’ve always believed that a house doesn't truly become a home until it's filled with memories, laughter, and great food.

My background includes working in the restaurant business, for a land developer, and most recently, as a senior buyer for a large manufacturer where I learned to build my negotiating and problem-solving skills.

When I am not touring homes or negotiating for my clients, you can find me in my kitchen trying out a new recipe, out on the water swimming and boating, or hunting for hidden gems at local thrift shops. I even speak a little German (ein bisschen Deutsch)!
