  Danette has been absolutely amazing and very helpful in finding our first home. I highly recommend Danette at Beaman realty. She's very knowledgeable & she is in consistent communication all the way through. She even checked in with me a few days after everything was settled to see how everything was going. I absolutely love her.

  Gary represented us in the sale of our two cabins on Bull Shoals lake. We interviewed 3 other realtors. Gary better understood the value of our property location and recommended listing it at close to double what the other realtors suggested. We were under contract in two weeks with a buyer Gary found. He managed the details in a timely manner which was critical since we were out of town. Gary knows his market, has a great reputation, and was incredibly on top of the process. And he is extremely personable-a nice plus. We would unhesitatingly recommend Gary.

  I live in Texas but had a property close to Bull Shoals Lake for nearly 40 years and it was time to sell. Contacted Alex Stubenfoll's office and she agreed to help. Alex went and looked at the property and called back and we set a good price. Called me with an offer right away but we agreed it wasn't up to par. She called back a few months later with a full price offer which was accepted. Alex was great in handling all of the dealings since I lived so far away. She was very professional and kept me very informed what was going on via calls, e-mail and text. I would recommend Alex again and again for any real estate dealing.
