Growing up exploring and enjoying the expansive beauty of Arkansas, Tennessee, and similarly in Colorado for 20 years, Shannon understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in the Ozarks with its unmatched hospitality, culture and amazing people! Shannon has held several high-level positions within the live entertainment, hospitality and mortgage industries, including marketing for Colorado's leading concert promoter, as well as producer and talent buyer for Colorado’s only independently-owned music festival. Navigating the fiercely competitive music industry with its small margins for success, Shannon is known for demonstrating a strategic, communicative, creative, and formulated approach when handling negotiations and tight deadlines for the benefit of her clients and artists.

After more than 15 years of working in live entertainment in Colorado, Shannon returned to her roots to pursue her love of real estate and farming with her husband and daughter. Active and connected in the community, she serves on the Ozark Arts Council board and as secretary of the Harrison High School Theatre Booster Club. In addition, she is an avid gardener and loves to care for her dog and goats, hike, and fish in her backyard, the Ozarks.
